A Beautiful Tradegy
The coolest breeze blows through my hair, relieving me of all my cares.
The warmest rays hit my skin, hoping this day will never end.
The comforting smiles shine on to my eyes, and they'll never lie.
But this will never last. It will all just be part of the past.
This beauty will just change in a sad way.
We can't keep heading down this path and expect this beauty to last.
We can't keep taking without giving and expect the rules to keep on bending.
This beauty will just change in a sad way.
It will all go away and never come back to play.
It will all dissipate because we never change our ways.
It will all just leave because we won't look and see.
I'll just keep staying here.
I'll just hold back all these tears.
Just try to keep a hold,
well this beatiful tragedy unfolds.
